Wanna share some happenings of the last days with you:
A few days ago I finally signed up for the Wings for life world run (if you haven’t heard about it yet - check it out!). I was so excited about that. People all over the world will come together to “run for those who can’t”. It will be a mould-breaking event and I would really love to participate! But I don’t want it at any cost.. because in the last weeks my knee problems turned up again as well. Today I’ve been to an orthopedist and he said that my kneecap is displaced. The next days I have ab X-ray and he sent me to a physiotherapist. For running I must wear a bandage as well. And if all that doesn’t help to make it better I’ll have to undergo a knee surgery :-(
But I definitely won’t hang my head! I believe in my body’s strength and I know I will manage this! As we know, we have to believe in ourselves and we have to believe that everything is going to be fine - and THINGS WILL FALL INTO PLACE! Just have confidence - in your mental powers, in your body, in yourself!

I love to cook with fresh ingredients and I try to eat fresh as often as possible. For this whole purchase I paid about 35 euros, so a ‘bid price’ is no excuse for eating junk food. How much money do you spend on junk food per week? Think about that when you go shopping the next time. Eat fresh! - your body will appreciate it.
